During the state of alarm by CORONAVIRUS decreed in Spain, the conditions of shipment and returns are as follows: Shipments will be made once a week with a delivery time of 48h/72h in the peninsula through the transport agency TIPSA. B 493206, entry 1, is the owner of this website, operating under the trade name BAD HABITS. These general conditions are formulated in accordance with the Civil and Commercial Codes, Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on General Contracting Conditions and Law 7/1995, of 23 March, on Consumer Credit. The placing of an order implies the acceptance of these General Sales Conditions by the customer, as well as any other specified in the order itself. In addition, the customer of BAD HABITS claims to be of legal age and verifies as correct all data provided for the management of his order.

1- OBJECTIVE The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale is to define the terms of sale between BAD HABITS and the customer, from the time the order is placed, delivery and payment, as well as after-sales service.

2- ORDER The CUSTOMER can place an order using the various devices available on the website www.badhabits.es, in the section containing the on-line shop. For any doubt in the process, he can direct the questions and comments he considers to the following e-mail address: online@badhabits.es or to the telephone, 93 200 14 85, corresponding to the physical store, during business hours, defined in the same web in the section hours. In order to place an order, the customer must provide us with his or her personal data, which will be stored in the BAD HABITS database. The order placed by the Customer is equivalent to the full and entire acceptance of the prices, the description of the products for sale and the General Conditions of Sale, as well as any other specified in the order itself.

3- DELIVERY The order will be delivered once the payment of the goods has been made through the website. The term from then on will be 24 or 48 hours approximately until the reception of the order. In case you do not locate it in the address of consigned destiny, the agency of transport, will leave a notification with a telephone number to agree a new delivery in a maximum term of 10 days. At BAD HABITS we track every order, so if there is any problem with your shipment, we will let you know as soon as possible. If a delivery date has been agreed with you and the transport agency cannot deliver the goods because they are not at home, you may be charged additional amounts for a second delivery.

4- PAYMENT We have a form of payment by credit card through an online TPV through a secure server of a bank. Bad Habits offers you different forms of payment. They are detailed below:
1.CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD: The charge will be made in real time, through the secure payment gateway.
Compatible cards are: MASTERCARD, VISA, VISA ELECTRON, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
2. PAYPAL: Secure, fast and easy payment with Paypal, where the commission per sale charged by Paypal will be paid by Bad Habits.

5- PRICES All the prices and rates derived from the services provided from our web site BAD HABITS, DOES include the value added taxes. Shipping costs are set at 5 euros per purchase in the peninsula and 7 euros in the Canary or Balearic Islands", for international, contact customer service.

6- RIGHT OF RETURN The user will have fourteen (14) days to cancel his purchase and return the product from the moment he receives the article or articles of the order. To make any exchange or return of any product, the user must return the product in perfect condition and without having started using it in this way. No returns will be accepted for items without labels, boxes or original packaging. The return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and he must manage this procedure himself. Once the material has been returned and its correct condition has been checked, the amount paid for the product (less amount shipping) will be refunded within 14 days following the effective receipt of the returned product, by means of the same purchase method used by the buyer. Only if the return is due to an error attributable to BAD HABITS will assume the shipping costs and return of the product, otherwise the user must pay the costs. No returns will be accepted on all garments in the lingerie category.
