SHIPPING POLICY

Our team will process the order once the transaction has been made and confirmed. Our shipping schedule is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If the order is processed during the weekend or holidays, we will ship it the next business day. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email to confirm the purchase with the shipping tracking number.

* WE DO NOT SHIP TO THE CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

The customer is responsible for the purchased item until it arrives at our store. You need to keep your receipt until your refund arrives, in the original payment method. Items must be returned in perfect condition, with tags attached, unused and in their original packaging to guarantee refund payment. They must be sent to the following address: Carrer de Tenor Viñas 5, Local 2, Bad Habits, Barcelona, ​​08021.

EXCHANGES

In Spain changes are free and will be made within 48 hours. The shipping and collection team will collect your package and deliver the new size to you.

For those outside the peninsula, you can request a return of the items, and once confirmed the new size will be sent (when in stock). Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST PACKAGES: EXCHANGES

We are not responsible for packages that may be lost in transit. It is the receiver's responsibility to locate the packages. However, we will do everything in our power to offer the necessary help. We recommend that you select a delivery address that you trust and preferably one where someone can receive and sign for the package.

INCORRECT ADDRESS/PHONE NUMBER

In the event that the shipping address entered or telephone number is incorrect on your order and the carrier cannot deliver it, please let us know as soon as possible so we can provide a solution.
