1. OBJECTIVE The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale is to define the sales modalities between BAD HABITS and the client, from placing the order, delivery and payment, as well as the after-sales service.

2- ORDER The CUSTOMER can place his order through the different devices that allow him to access the website. www.badhabits.es , in the section that contains the online store. If you have any questions about the process, you can direct your questions and comments to the following email address: online@badhabits.es or by telephone, 93 200 14 85, corresponding to the physical store, during business hours, defined on the same website in the hours section. In order to place an order, the Client must provide us with their personal data, which will remain in the BAD HABITS database. The Customer's placing of the order is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices, the description of the products for sale and the General Conditions of Sale, as well as any other specifications specified in the order itself.

3- DELIVERY. The order will be delivered to you once you have paid for the merchandise through the website. The period from then on will be approximately 24 or 48 hours until the order is received. If you are not located at the designated destination address, the transport agency will leave you a notification with a telephone number to arrange a new delivery within a maximum period of 10 days. At BAD HABITS we track each order, so if any incident arises in your shipment, we will notify you as quickly as possible. If a delivery date for the merchandise has been agreed with you with the transport agency, and it cannot be delivered because it is not at home, you may be charged additional amounts for second shipment.

4- PAYMENT We have a payment method by credit card through an online POS through a secure server of a banking entity. Bad Habits offers you different payment methods. We detail them below:

2. PAYPAL: Secure, fast and simple payment with Paypal, where the sales commission charged by Paypal will be paid by Bad Habits.

5- PRICES All prices and rates derived from the services provided from our website WILL include value added taxes (VAT). Shipping costs are set at €5 per purchase on the Peninsula (free from €400), €30 in the Canary Islands and €15 in the Balearic Islands. For international shipments to Europe the rate is €20 per shipment (free from €600).

6- RIGHT OF RETURN The user will have fourteen (14) days to withdraw from their purchase and return the product from the moment they receive the item or items of the order. To make any exchange or return of any product, the user must return the product in perfect condition and without having started using it. Returns will not be accepted for items without original labels, boxes or packaging. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and they must manage this procedure themselves. Once the material has been returned and its correct condition has been verified, the amount of the product paid will be refunded, less shipping costs, within 14 days following the effective receipt of the product being returned, using the same purchase method used. by the buyer. Exclusively if the return is motivated by an error attributable to BAD HABITS, the shipping costs and the return of the product will be assumed, otherwise the user must pay the costs. Returns will not be accepted on all items in the lingerie category.

7- GUARANTEES. In the event of a defective product, the seller must be responsible for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years from delivery. Never in case of defect or wear due to use. The consumer and user must inform Bad Habits of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. In the event of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free of charge for the consumer and user.
